SUMMER 2024 Payment Schedule

SUMMER SALE Registration $4,675, includes HST to FIRST 30 TEAMS:

$500 non-refundable deposit required at registration.

Balance of $4,175 in full by start of season May 1st, 2024 to qualify – credit card payments not accepted for summer sale rate

Regular Payment Plan ($5,250):

$500 registration deposit

$3,000 at start of season, May 1, 2024* see Late Payment note below

$1,750 by June 23, 2024* see Late Payment note below

Multi-team discount:  Team reps with more than one team will receive another $100 0ff for every team they register after the first team.

$150 Team Bond:  A team bond of $150 is in addition to the league fees above and must be paid by any new teams or returning teams that have not paid or have lost this amount.  The team bond can be lost for reasons outlined in the CRHL Rules and Regulations, including game forfeits.

* LATE PAYMENT FEES – TAKE NOTE – We have the best payment terms of any league out there so if you do not make payments on time, be aware:

  • Late on payment per due dates above – first late fee is $100; second late fee is loss of team bond and forfeit game
  • Continued late payments result in forfeitures and/or suspensions
  • Returned cheques (for any reason) – $50 fee per returned cheque and a loss of team bond

We do not provide refunds.

Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS 1. Payments must be made in accordance to the Fee Payment Schedule.  2. All teams must put a $150 bond on account before the start of each season.  3. All payments are non-refundable.  4. The Capital Recreation Hockey League Inc. (CRHL) reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual and/or team at its sole discretion. It is acknowledged that the CRHL will refund any payments made to date in full if entry is refused.  5. The CRHL reserves the right to eject any person from the League whom it deems in its sole discretion to be acting in an improper manner and we accept no liability in connection with such ejections (taunting or berating of any players, officials, or staff will NOT be permitted).  6. The CRHL reserves the right to expel a team from the league if they do not make League payments on time, forfeiting their team bond and any registration payments made to the account in full.  7. All participants and those connected with the participant’s participation, in the League are required to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the CRHL posted at www.crhl.com as such may exist from time to time. WAIVER In consideration of being permitted to participate in CRHL (the “league”) I, the undersigned, agree as follows: 1. I understand there are risks of serious or other personal injury in connection with my participation in the League, both on and/or off the ice. I assume all health, physical and legal risks associated with such participation. 2. I waive any right that I may have to sue for and I release and agree to indemnify Capital Recreation Hockey League Inc., and their respective affiliates, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and sponsors (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against, any and all claims for injury and/or loss sustained by me directly or indirectly in connection with the League (both on and off the ice) and/or the CRHL and/or the loss of or damage to property (including equipment and personal belongings) however caused. 3. I agree that I shall not make any claim or take any proceedings against any person or entity with respect to any matter which exists now or may later exist in connection with the CRHL and/or the League and/or my participation in the League in which a claim could arise against the Releasees, or any of them. 4. In the event of my injury or illness, if any CRHL employee, agent or other representative provides medical and/or other assistance to me, I agree that neither such person nor the CRHL, nor any of the Releasees, shall have any liability whatsoever in connection with such assistance. 5. I acknowledge and agree that the CRHL (or a third party engaged by the CRHL such purpose) may take photographs and/or videos of me while participating in the League and/or while in or around the League for the purpose of promoting and/or marketing the CRHL  and/or for resale purposes, without compensation other than allowing me to participate in the League: I waive all right (including intellectual property, copyright, and privacy) in connection therewith. ACCEPTANCE By accepting: (i) I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Rules and Regulations of the CRHL and agree to abide by them. (ii) I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Registration Conditions and Waiver and agree to be bound by their terms. (iii) I acknowledge that all participants must sign the waiver before playing in the CRHL and that it is my responsibility to get the forms signed and returned to the CRHL
